WMBF-TV is untrustworthy

WMBF is using the trademark and name of at least one local business without compensating the owner.  The owner has asked the new local NBC television station to cease and desist for the last 12 months several times by phone, email, and in person at the front desk.

This doesn't seem like a TV station that likes to play nice.  They say they have removed the offended business name from their website, yet their deeds say another thing.  Simple fact, at least in this one matter - you can't trust anything WMBF says.  Does that bleed over into words broadcast over your TV set?  You decide!

The owner of Myrtle Beach Movers has received a letter from an attorney with the broadcasting company saying that they are not using the name on the website, but it is clear it is still there when you do a search on Yahoo or any other for that business.  There are clearly entries on the second or successive pages with both WMBF and the agrieved business name on it.  Are they blind, or just dumb?
